Below are the terms of use for the “platform”. From here on “platform” refers to our developed tools designER, designER-basic, and designQT-basic.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. “As Is” and “If Available”

  1. designER is provided on an “as is” and “if available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or content of designER.
  2. We do not guarantee that designER will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, including viruses or malware. You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk.
  3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without prior notice or liability.

3. Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall designER be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of designER.
  2. This limitation of liability applies to any damages, including but not limited to those caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction of data.

4. Rules of Usage

  1. You may not use the designeER service in any way, that:
    1. Changes to Terms
    2. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
    3. Promotes bigotry, discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individual or group;
    4. Threatens, harasses, or intimidates any other person;
    5. Contains foul language or personal attacks;
    6. Contains sexually explicit or graphically violent material;
    7. Provides instructions on how to commit illegal activities or obtain illegal products;
    8. Exposes any others person’s personally identifying information, contact information, or passwords without that person’s permission.
  2. You agree not to use designER in any way intended to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to the service, or interfere with any other user’s ability to use the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
    1. Linking to pages containing viruses or malware;
    2. Using administrator passwords or pretending to be an administrator;
